What to hide open the books????
These Democratic leaders doing what they do best is fear mongering low is individuals
We need to get rid of the assholes who wanna give SS to people who just got a little anxiety but people who have extreme seizures, anxiety and depression plus other things can't get it. If we don't need people we don't need people because that's always the excuse is we can't afford to pay SS to people like me and it's BS which I believe their excuse that we can't afford it is probably BS too
It's a scare tactic
Have you seen the Doge plan for Social Security? It had a Cato Institute header and was dated Dec. 26, 2024.
Why don't they send orange bastard to prison.
LMAO, I had/a new job every 3-4/maybe longer years prior. months for the last 20 years. If anyone else has this issue, you will want to request a detailed job history from SSI. $100.00, and the firm cannot request it.That's not easy at all, for me. His videos are very good though, he is on it.
Always great information. Thank you!
Our pleasure!
Thank you, this advice is helpful
Glad it was helpful!
Do you know of any attorney that helps with a VA disability appeal?
Hi! We practice nationwide, so we can be of assistance. Go to www.linerlegal.com for more information. Best, Liner Legal
I've been through the ringer with treatment. Nothing works. I'm exhausted from seeing doctors. At some point, there's got to be some sort of letup.
I have been waiting 3 years. The adjudicator has had everything since December the 8th but will not answer the phone to talk with me but I'm done lost everything so we will see
What if i was honorable discharge due to a disability at age 19 and managed to get at least 6 work credits before i was completely unable to work. I filed for ssdi years ago bur was given ssi. Im now 56. Should i reapply for ssdi and medicare. Btw im seeking service connection now.
How long you have to be on med aid to start medcare
5 years look back instead of 15 years look back better than I thought, however does it apply differently for SSI claims compared to SSDI claims? secure.ssa.gov/poms.NSF/lnx/0425001001#a65 So, I was watching a RUclips video (it's the RUclips channel for Evans Disability Law Firm out of Vancouver, WA.) Where a lawyer is interviewing a Retired SSA Administrative Law Judge the ALJ's name is Dan Hyatt who It appears also has his own Law Firm now Hyatt Disability Law. During these three interviews with him I was learning that with the new rule of 5 year relevant work history instead of 15 year relevant work history, that the SSA for SSDI cases starts the 5 year look back from the SSDI application date, (not the (AOD) Alleged Onset Date which is what I had thought it was) also if I'm understanding correctly what was being said in the interview, the SSA will also later recalculate your past 5 year relevant work history from the hearing date if the SSDI case gets denied at the initial application level and the reconsideration level. Now this, if I'm understanding it correctly only works this way if the claimants (DLI) Date Last Insured is after the claimants (AOD) Alleged Onset Date. Which through my own math I figured out my (DLI) is not until at least January 1st of 2027 or maybe even as late as December 31st of 2027. Since I waited almost 3 hours on hold with the SSA to ask what my (DLI) was but they never answered, I even tried to call 2 seperate local offices and no one answered. I suppose to get my exact (DLI) I'm going to have to go to of my local SSA offices probably earlier in the morning. Either way I've learned through those 3 videos in that specific interview playlist from that RUclips channel that my 5 years look back period for prior relevant work history is better than I thought it was going to be. And although of course I'm hoping to win my SSDI case on my initial application or at least at the reconsideration level, If I don't win at those two levels, then at least my 5 years past relevant work history will have to be recalculated backwards 5 years from the date of my ALJ hearing. Am I understanding this all correctly? So, if I am understanding this all correctly, then how does this apply differently to an SSI application compared to a SSDI application? You had also mentioned in one of your videos that you always recomend for claimants that are applying for SSDI to also apply for SSI as well, because even if the claimants SSDI monthly benefit amount is too high to get there monthly SSI benefits simultaneously with their monthly SSDI benefits, it can still be beneficial because of the SSDI 5 month waiting period. So, if the 5 years relevant work history look back for SSI starts not from the SSI application date but the (AOD), (which I don't know if that's how it works) then even though if the claimant is applying for SSDI and SSI Benefits at the same time will the SSA be able to show prejudice to the claimants SSDI case based on a job that it sees from a further look back period that was showing up from the applicants SSI case? secure.ssa.gov/poms.NSF/lnx/0425001001#a65 Thanks 😁
What about gig work like doordash and instacart?
Reason ssa gave was wep and gpo. That passed recently nothing received fm ssa.
I was a widow in 2020. Applied for widow's benefits. Ssa sent me letter stating I was eligible for amount stated of $1300 per month. I have received nothing. I am 80 yrs old with osteoporosis and can't work.
It doesn't so stop fear mongering
This was very informative and interesting, thanks for sharing
Glad you enjoyed it!
To get the best out of things for our future there my be a hiccup or 2 but. We have to let it work. The government spent so much on war and illegal persons. LET THEM FOCUS ON US NOW. HE HAS TO FIGHT FOR US STILL.
I know three people who got ssi and ssdi that live in New Mexico took less then two years
They Not giving it Away. The Magic Word is.....QUALIFY. ALOT of you Don't. and if You Do...Prove it...j s.👁️
No he's not. He's a fucking billionaire dude. He doesn't need social security
I am on SSDI SSI and the total amount they give me is $750. I don't understand how these morons figured and I can make it on this. I have zero in the bank because they don't pay me enough. My rent is $950 My lights is $225 My water is $70 a month. And they tell me I'm getting all that I can get. The whole system needs to be overhauled and everybody stop pampering it and fix it where we can continue to survive and pay our bills if we are disability I've worked a lot for this country and they seem not to want to help back. I built the Titans football stadium and this is how they treat me $750 a month. Such a sorry situation
Why are they the hardest?
Hello, I have general question I got approved for ssdi 11/14/2024 my question is does ssa follow you where you go? They hire private investigator.
You cannot believe everything you see on utube except liner legal. There should be a video about this by them
Could you please upload your TT videos here? Thank you
Easier to call your local office. The most time I have waited is 15 minutes.
I LOVE IT. Thank you, Trump.
😂😂😂 Social Security Fairness Act was signed on jan 7th by President Biden.
@lout160 The United States of Russia, here we come. I can't wait.
@@justthefacts8872 Yeah, I know those pesky civil rights and freedoms bother you.
@@lout160 Sorry, sarcasm translates poorly in text mode
@@justthefacts8872 Oh. I see. It's effectively Poe's law. "without a clear indicator of the author's intent, any parodic or sarcastic expression of extreme views can be mistaken by some readers for a sincere expression of those views." There was once a time when it would have been obvious.
My neighbor was approved in less then 6 months. So i could see that being true
Is it better to do ur cdr threw the mail or there website ty
i dont see the message on the ssa website, where can I find this ssa emergency message? Its here secure.ssa.gov/apps10/reference.nsf/links But as far as I understand it's only for physical disabilities only, I hope im mistaken
Thank you🎉 My Lawyer Mr. Liner
It does, I recieved Mine At age of 52. But I done My Chores..👁️
Dude look all aRound Govt....many agencies are going down...SSA will be privatized by Rs! They always wanted to! SSA in in full panic mode, no docs, NON docs thing to fill in for 1.2 MIL cases!? Really? AutocRats work fast! NIH 100% shut down, can't contact SNAP, medicaRe, hiRing fReeze etc ...look around!
The Reason there's huge backlog is bc Rs severely underfunded SSA offices!
Thank you for giving me a chance!❤
Can You reach out and walk me through what I can do I have the receipts to backup the criteria
What is the Social Security Fairness Act?
www.ssa.gov/policy/docs/program-explainers/windfall-elimination-provision.html - here is the SSA’s explanation of the act. We also have a RUclips video on it on our channel!
Is this good or bad for people trying to get social security disability or SSI
Anything Trump does will be a disaster
They are working at home in the bed
My husband's on turn disability and hasn't gotten paid anything from Amazon what do we do
Go for it. I didnt lie.
Ssdi: Ages 18-65 Any condition as long as preventing you from working fulltime over sga limit (cant make over $1650 before taxes in salary as of 2025) Activley treating with specialists. Worked and paid into the program a minimum of 5yrs within the last 10yrs. (If not enough work history then it would be SSI)
Everytime I call, I'm on hold for awhile and then they give an option to get a call back from them. I usually wait about 40 minutes, but I'm not on hold that whole time. The local office though, I have never been able to get a live person on the phone.
I was awarded SSDI in November 2023. I keep hearing that you need to see your doctor consistently. Is there a specific number of visits you have to have every year? There is not a cure for my condition, only management of symptoms. Also, the doctor visit notes are sometimes inconsistent with what i have told them or we discussed about my condition. Will that affect my chances of losing benefits? If so, how do i correct that?
There is no magic number. Depending on which Medicare coverage you subscribe to you will receive a yearly packet of paperwork that will need to be filled out by the doctor. Once they receive it back it gets scanned and AI may trigger audit but unlikely. They are more likely to deny initial applicants, requiring appeals, before they actually do a random audit to be sure you’re still disabled.
Not acceptable, however 😊 thank you
Doesn't concern me nevergot ssc disability
It's now 967, my disabled daughter gets a check.
I pay $2400 a month in taxes. You're welcome.
